AirPlay Feature suddenly stops working
Model 325321 hardware id 8112x SN YK00H6155671 V 14.6 Why oh why has Airplay suddenly stopped working? No screen mirroring- NOTHING. Trying to complete some online classes and I get nothing. Steps I’ve tried FOR OVER A 3 DAY PERIOD : When the Airplay connect screen deigns to comes up on tv I am prompted to “pick this tv” but even that doesn’t WORK - so did did these things: Reset modem and tv tried different devices iPad v iPhone Network reset Roku Restarted both phone and iPad unpaired ALL devices from Airplay and NOW cannot re-pair/reset them to Roku tv Looked ALL OVER Apple support and there’ s NOTHING. This has been going on for 1 week now but today I get nothing.
Airplay disconecting after a minute or two
For the last few weeks, every day, I have had an issue with AirPlay disconnecting within a couple of minutes. It does not matter if it is audio only, like podcasts or screen mirroring. The only solution I have found is to go into my Roku TV settings -> power -> restart. Then AirPlay will work fine for the day. This seems to have started after the last Roku OS update.
Screen Casting to a Roku Stick
I have several Roku Stick 4K devices throughout my home. I would like to cast to one of them using wireless display. The problem is there is no way to tell which device is the one I want to cast to because the names that are shown in the list are very similar so. For instance, when I try to connect using wireless display, the following names are shown in the list of devices that I can connect to; Roku Stick #4, Roku 2 Streaming Stick 4K, Streaming Stick 4K, and Roku. I have given the device I want to cast to a custom location and name (Roku on 65' TV, LG TV), using the steps below; However, the custom name or location that I have given is still not shown. Is there any way I can change this to show that either of the newly changed location or name is shown? Any assistance is greatly appreciated
Screen mirroring with a Samsung Galaxy S25 phone to the Roku device
how do I use the Roku mobile app to cast media from my Samsung galaxy S25 phone to the Roku device... it never brings up my phone when I hit smart view; my phone is listed in the screen mirroring list but it won't connect... my husband had a galaxy s14 & it always connects but my galaxy s25 won't...
Screencast and WiFi
Okay, sorry for doing this here but I don't know how to do it in issues so here I am. I reset my wifi connection so I can screen cast from my Motorola Android and or mobile tablet DVD player (which didn't work despite me trying literally everything else before hand to avoid this response) and my controller is kinda KIA So, my controller has been through a lot, specifically water and falling, and somewhere in between (randomly, I didn't drop it or anything it just happened) my left, down, and ok buttons stopped working and still aren't. Now here's the weird part They work when I use other controls that do work (such as home or left ecr) So how do I get my TV repaired to my wifi (hopefully without buying anything because it's not in my budget)
