    [Waiting on partner]: The U app keeps freezing

    Hey everyone, We’ve received reports that the U app keeps freezing and loading on Roku devices. Status Update 9/23: Under investigation To help us investigate further, please provide the following details if you're experiencing this issue. Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build. (It can be found under Settings > System > About) Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs) App build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote) While we're checking on our end, we suggest reaching out to the app developer too.     Hey everyone, If you’re having trouble connecting your Roku device to the Asus ZenWiFi. Status Update 10/09: Asus is aware of the issue and working on a fix. In the meantime, try setting up an additional network on your router using WPA2-only security. This may help improve compatibility.     [Solved] YouTube TV Fast Forwarding Issue on OS 14

    Hey everyone, We're aware that some users on OS 14 are experiencing issues with fast-forwarding in the YouTube TV app. Status Update 3/31/25: The good news is that this should be fixed with the upcoming OS 14.5 update, which we're rolling out over the next few weeks. In the meantime, you can manually check for the update by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.
