    Paramount Plus audio and video is out of sync on my Roku device

    CBS Live on Paramount Plus has audio/video sync issues. The longer you watch the worse it becomes. Only happens on CBS Live. Have unplugged the ROKU power supply and the router power supply. No help. Hope someone has a solution. No other app is affected; Netflix, Amazon, Sling, IMDB. Contacted customer support. Found out what most all have found out. They are useless. Say they will contact you via email. Has not happened.

    The past 7-10 days, Roku TV has started lagging and buffering.

    Hello, this might be an old subject, but I had to write. I have a 3-month-old Roku brand TV. It was working perfectly until 7–10 days ago. Now it's lagging & buffering. Apps will buffer, and when I use the live & Roku TV option, the channel will say what's on, but I have to wait 5–10 seconds more for the picture to show up. Now I tried everything from resets to secret menus, resetting my wireless, checking my wireless connection. Everything mentioned in tips & tricks from the Roku site to YouTube. Nothing worked. Today, I asked my downstairs neighbor who has an older Roku stick, and he said he's having the exact same problem, so I'm not crazy. Some recent Roku update must be the culprit, and I'd like to know first if they even know about it, and second, when they plan on fixing this? Thanks in advance for any replies and/or info.

    Repeated Commercial Loops

    I'm so sick of Weird Al with "Madonna is a bad influence" , Rich Eisen saying "This is how we roll" and "Live your best life" from Martha Friggin Stewart!!! I cringe now and mute the **bleep** or go on spurts of only watching Prime or HBO MAXX or Angel Studios. I'm nauseous from the same commercials on Roku. It's like how radio stations killed Billy Ray Sirius by overplaying Achy Breaky Heart ! Arghhh

    Vudu Green Screens for Some Movies and TV Shows

    The Vudu app started showing a green screen today while trying to play most movies or TV shows. Happening on multiple Roku devices. I reset all hardware and replaced cables with no change. Anyone else having this issue?

    Roku TV screen is going black

    Completely fed up and dissatisfied with roku tvs. I've had to get 3 different tvs within a year because for whatever reason the screen magically goes black and can't fix itself. Company is truly a disgrace and doesn't help anyone just has them replace the tvs. support1

    Apple TV app not loading - change the Audio Mode to Stereo

    For anyone that comes here with this issue, You actually need to change the Audio Mode to Stereo. Don't ask me why but after I did this it started working fine. Here is a screenshot of what the menu looks like. You get here by going to the Roku box's settings page, then Audio, then Audio Mode and this should be set to Stereo as seen here:

    Defiance S3 E1 In the wrong Order

    Defiance TV Show Season 3 Episode 1 is posted in 2 parts on the Roku Channel. Is Roku aware they posted part 2 as part 1? They put part 1 as 43 mins and posted it as part 2, and they put part 2 as 1hr 20 mins and posted it as part 1. By posting part 2 as part 1, they revealed and spoiled two deaths to very important characters that had technically not happened yet by putting it in the recap in the beginning as if it had already happened VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

    Roku Soundbar freezing screen, other issues - unable to reach support

    Roku soundbar purchased in late November. After using successfully for about two weeks, I started having several different issues with the soundbar - which I am also using to stream in addition to sound. The soundbar will often distort the screen and there is nothing to do but unplug for many hours and then try again. I also perform a system restart daily to try to avoid but it only works for a day or two. In addition, it will freeze the screen a lot during watching. When I switch to my Roku TV to stream I do not have this freezing issue. My wifi performs well, it isn't the issue. I've tried many different HDMI cables so that isn't the issue either. I also had the roku wireless speakers but they drop the connection so much I've decided to scrap them. I have tried to contact support directly but the submission form doesn't actually allow submission. Anyone else had any success with the soundbar while also using it to stream?

    CJ ENM Channel on Live TV pixelated contents

    For some reason, this channel's stream is all pixelated and unclear. Other channels are OK, is there any way to contact them, and why don't they know this is happening? It's not just on my Roku TV, but also on my computer, so it's not a device issue, but something to do with their stream. If someone from Roku can contact them, that would be very helpful.

    Auto Brightness Not Working when Powering On

    Hello. Lately (possibly since the last software update on 1/13), My TV (Roku Pro Series 65") goes to full brightness when powered on. Auto Brightness doesn't engage. The only fix that works for me is to perform a System Restart. Once I do the restart, auto brightness kicks in and everything is normal. By default, I always keep Auto Brightness on. This has only been an issue recently. I've had the TV since December 2024. This issue is occuring every time I power the TV off, then on again. Current software version is 14.1.4, Build 7709.
