CJ ENM Channel on Live TV pixelated contents

For some reason, this channel's stream is all pixelated and unclear. Other channels are OK, is there any way to contact them, and why don't they know this is happening? It's not just on my Roku TV, but also on my computer, so it's not a device issue, but something to do with their stream. If someone from Roku can contact them, that would be very helpful.

    Just adding on to this thread. I'm experiencing the same thing as well. No connection problems on my end running through Ethernet to the TV.

    Why is this happening???   The roku notices and commercials play fine, but the programming on this channel all look like i'm using a dial-up modem!  Doesn't someone at roku or the streaming channel realize their programming is all blurry and pixelated???

      RokuEmmanuel-D It's happening from within the Roku Live section, on both my Roku TV & Computer. And it's been all shows since last night, so you can turn it on now, and see what's going on.

    For the past several days the About K-Content by CJ ENM channel, 393, has been "cloudy." It appears to just be this channel since others are fine. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggestions?
