How to fix Roku not finding any WiFi or Wireless networks
My Roku model 3900x is not finding any wireless networks when I scan for networks, even though this same roku was working a few weeks ago. I have tried scanning over the past couple weeks since the connection was lost, and I am still having the same issue. Every other wireless device can connect to the WiFi except the roku, and I have already tried resetting.

Roku Ultra won't connect via Wired connection
I've seen other threads on this topic but they're all locked and I can't ask questions or follow-up. I just got a Roku Ultra player and I'm trying to get the best experience I can so I'm trying to use a Wired connection. I've tried various cables and varying ethernet ports on my router but no matter what, the Roku will not find a connection. I've tried using the cable and the port that I have another device plugged into -- that device works with the setup, the Roku does not. If I switch the player to using a wireless connection - everything's fine. It just will not use a wired connection - which is what I want to set up. Advice please!

Roku Streaming Stick+ won’t connect at 5 Ghz
I’ve read a few related posts on this and confirming I have a Roku Streaming Stick+ which is dual-band and capable of connecting at 5 Ghz. The Roku connects on 2.4 Ghz (Network->About reports 36 Mbps) The Roku is literally right next to two devices connecting at 5 Ghz by default at high bandwidth from the Eero 6+ in the other room: iPadPro is reporting 350 Mbps down and 317 Mbps up Pixel 6a is reporting 304 Mbps down and 426 Mbps up Both these are acceptably close to the 511 Mbps down and 507 Mbps up on our wired server. So I have a model that is dual-band, I have two mobile devices right next to it (not more than a foot away) that connect at 5 Ghz with speeds exceeding 300 Mbps up and down and we have speeds on our local wired server exceeding what we pay for (500/500 Mbps). How do we get our Roku Streaming Stick+ to connect on 5 Ghz and join the party? EDIT: The issue I’m trying to address is our Prime Video app won’t reliably stream UHD and most often falls back to HD at this speed.

Roku immediately disconnects from WiFi after connecting
I have had my HDMI Roku for a couple years now with no previous issues. Just in the past couple months, it is always disconnected from WiFi upon turning it on as well as during use. After I connect it to the internet, it immediately starts blinking again and I get the pop-up to set up a connection or proceed anyway. Usually, it works somehow as if it really is still connected, but tonight it is not working at all and it is getting incredibly annoying. I have tried absolutely everything - restarting, unplugging, my software is always up to date, etc etc etc. And I cannot do anything about my router as I live in an apartment complex…again, this was never an issue before on this same WiFi, so I strongly believe it is the Roku bugging, and I am seriously considering a factory reset or sending it for a repair (if Roku even does that)/buying a new one. No other devices of mine have internet connectivity issues, ever. So it has to be something wrong with the Roku. It doesn’t even stay connected for five seconds. Has anyone experienced this at the same incessant level and found a fix!? Thanks!! Roku Express (3930, 3931 series) Express 4K+

Roku keeps disconnecting from Wifi
My Roku (32S321) keeps disconnecting from my wifi as of late, and when it disconnects I try to reconnect but it spits out error code 014.30 and 014.40. I have done everything the support has told me- unplugging, replugging, restarting- I even factory restarted and yet to no avail. Before this my TV was working perfectly fine with the internet. How can I fix this.

Stuck in reboot loop on wireless scan
In my case, Samsung TV, the only thing that ultimately worked was to unplug the Roku stick from the HDMI connection on the TV and replug in.

what to do when network password unattainable
was given a ROKU express 4K, someone picked it up at a sale and there is no chance of finding out the password that was previously established. my vizio tv shows a DIRECT-roku-YNX-EB4982 network available, but of course its secured and have no clue what to do for the password. with no clue ho to proceed, i have pushed the reset button in the back and have unplugged the unit, no help. not sure what this means but last night it appeared as if i got a 'main menu- home screen' pop up...and today, says-- lets get started and has language choices (but still am NOT connected to a network) help!

No networks show up after scanning
Hello, my Roku express 4k+ 2021 won't connect to my WiFi, meanwhile my phone is connected and showing 12 other networks. I tried restarting it, restarting my WiFi, network connection reset, and nothing has made a difference. When I hit the “scan again button” the loading screen appears for a second before disappearing and showing no WiFi networks, not mine or my neighbors. this issue happens occasionally but usually is fixed by a restart

Error 009 No internet connection trying to use Hot Spot
My internet is out so router not working. Purchased hot spot with Verizon 2.4 ghz. Using Android via Samsung S23. Connected to my laptop fine. Can't get a Roku connection. Wireless connects but keep getting no internet. Have already rebooted tv, roku device and my phone and nothing is working. Can someone help me figure out how to make this work? Thanks B2RMeler
