Help with fix of error code 009

How do I fix code 009

    Greetings, and welcome here in the Roku Community.

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. We value your time and want to ensure that we provide you with the best possible support. To begin resolving the issue, we recommend the following steps

    Reset Network Connection:

    1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select Advanced system settings
    4. Select Network connection reset
    5. Select Reset connection

    System Restart

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    Additionally, you can perform a system restart on your modem/router. Further, we also recommend trying to connect to a hotspot to see if you're able to maintain a connection.

    We want to investigate further this issue that you're experiencing. Can you please provide the following information below?

    • May we know what Roku device you're using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
    • How far is your Roku device from your network router?
    • Are your other devices able to connect to the network without any issues or latency?

    With detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.

      My router is close to the TV with roku. I was watching it and it just stopped.
