Roku Player - Channel Guide "No Information"

When I activated PBS yesterday on ROKU, It said it was successful, then took me to a page that showed a button that said Open App. That page also had screenshots of the App. But it wouldn't open the App. Today when I click on the PBS App, a blue screen with the PBS logo appears, waits about 10 seconds, then takes me back to the ROKU menu. I have tried deleting the app, restarting the ROKU, reinstalling the App, to get the same results. PLEASE fix FlyCams Live - this is the 3rd day since it stopped, it just opens and a circle goes around then the screen is 'live' but blank. PLEASE restore FlyCams - also senior shut-ins like myself truly DEPEND on your Cams, and also these days people really NEED a beautiful sunrise or sunset, or to admire the Bay and Bald Mountain. Even though the new owners of Hogs Breath have turned off both your Cams, there is still live music at the Green Parrot and Dead Dog Saloon. The fact that this thread started in May and it is now January and we are still forced to complain about the exact same commercials is ridiculous. I would rather watch a countdown screen over and over than hear one more word about weird Al, the marriage pact, home renovations, etc. FIX IT. Discovery+ new upgrade no longer working on 2 tv's
Have a subscription to Discovery+, which is on both of my TV's. All of a sudden, on Thursday March 13, noticed Discovery upgrade, on my primary TV, errors all over the place, saved show episodes not working and other annoyances. To troubleshoot, found that on my 2nd TV, I was required to sign in to Roku account, that failed, with message "incorrect email or password" but both were entered correctly. Account info on both TV's show the correct renewal date in April. Trouble shooting done on both TV's: several system restarts, unplugged roku device, replugged in, no change on 2nd TV, still asking for sign-in! Found info online to clear cache, but I stream on my TV and Roku has no such option under Advance Settings or any settings. Anyone have the same experience & have a solution?608Views0likes6Comments
