    Thank you for informing us about the issue with your HDHomeRun app on Roku TV. I'm here to help!
     
    Let's see if this will work for you.

    1. Update the app
      Highlight the app > Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote > Check for update
    2. Restart your Roku device/TV
      Navigate to Settings, then select System, followed by Power, or click on System Restart.
    If the issue persists, we recommend you contact the App provider for further assistance.

      The HDHomeRun app is up to date, but the problem is the RokuOS is not up to date.  The TCL/RokuTV thinks it's up to date but it is not seeing the RokuOS 14.1 update which should resolve the issue according to other posts in this thread.

      The last photo shows the television is running Roku Software 14.0.4 Build 12221, upon clicking [Check now] reports [All software is up to date].  Somehow it still doesn't even see the RokuOS 14.1 update.

        Bumpity bump bump, this has been going on for a long time now - wondering when Roku will be making RokuOS 14.1 available for this television to resolve this issue? Also wondering why the issue was grouped into a similar thread but a different device and marked as solved.

        The issue won't be solved until RokuOS 14.1 is available for this TCL/RokuTV television. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

        OT; Similarly my Roku Pro Series TV is having a different issue in another thread that has been marked as solved even though it hasn't... Auto Brightness Not Working when Powering On

        Moderators, Please don't merge threads and mark them as solved unless issues reported are indeed solved for users reporting their issue it's bad form.
