New Channels subscription wont sign in
I have similar issues on my Roku Ultra. I started 5 new channels subscription from a Black Friday Promotions. My roku account show the channels are active. I reset my password prior to starting the 5 new subscriptions. My new password did not sync up with the Roku App on my LG TV AND the new subscriptions. When I launch a new channel, for example ParamountPlus, The channel asks me to sign-in. It does not launch to the profile splash screen. The channel says I am already signed-in asks me to Log-out. The new subscriptions are in Limbo. The will not launch into the programming on the TV App. I do not know how to contact a live agent on the support page. Can someone suggest a remedy to get this new channel accept the new subscriptions? ~ Tony2651Views0likes4CommentsHow do I log out an existing MAX account on Roku?
Hello, My stepson logged into his father's Max app account. All profiles are locked. How do I log out of that account so that I can log back into mine? Or is a factory reset (last resort) in my future? Thank you, JeremySolved5.4KViews0likes2Comments"continue watching" menu issues
When I'm looking through "watch to watch" and find something i like. I click ok to watch it and the only option to watch that pops up is "paramount plus on roku", even though I have the regular paramount plus app installed and signed in on the same roku device. This happens from continue watching when I had started watching on the regular pp app. so it recognizes that I watched it on paramount plus but only gives the option of "pp on roku" when I want to continue watching so I have to exit that menu completely, go find and open the regular paramount app from the home menu, then search in the app for it. Very annoying, I shouldnt have to take all these extra steps... is there a solution to this?1.7KViews0likes2CommentsAcorn Code for Vizio is requested before watching on Vizio
I have subscribed and cancelled twice because I can’t find any way to add the activation code on my Vizio tv. I contacted Acorn Support but they never addressed my problem. I have 3 tvs and one is Roku. That tv is an older tv and in a back room. Yet that is the only tv that I can view Acorn on because it has an Roku box added. And we don’t watch it as a unit, which I want to do with Acorn. Someone please tell me if watching Acorn on a smart Vizio is possible or not. Thank you845Views0likes1CommentLost BBC America Channel
I am having the same problem. Followed your instructions, deleted channel, went to settings and restarted the Roku from there, reinstalled BBC America, and still have the same problem as described by OP – channel opens, stutters/flashes a couple times, circle shows slowly loading and after a half-second flash of content squares, goes back to the home screen.2.2KViews0likes21Comments
