I have a DVD player connected to my TV (haven't turned it on in 2 years) an auxiliary sound system; cable system is connected to HDMI 1.
I plugged the stick into HDMI 4 and again, the TV did not recognize it.
If I just buy a new one, will that work?
@Bob49, does the light on the stick come on when you connect the power? Are you using the supplied USB power adapter plugged into the wall? Are you switching the TV to the appropriate source/input?
I am using the power cord supplied - and have since I bought it. I don't see a light. I have switched to the inputs...HDMI 2 & 4 but there's nothing there.
@Bob49, no light is not a good sign. Do you have another USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that you can try?
I tied a different cord without success.
