I also started having this problem, unable to get channel information, just get error message.
Did anyone find a solution to this problem?
Hi Kash, thanks for the offer to help.
I finally got the channel information to display again.
I have two Roku Premieres, unplugged the power to both and unplugged the power to the router. Waited five minutes then plugged in the router and waited for it to reboot. Then plugged in the Roku's and waited for them to reboot. I checked the internet connection on the Roku's to make sure it was working then tried bringing up the channel information and it works now.
I tried unplugging stuff before but only waited about a minute, unplugging for five minutes solved my problem.
