Hi, @collwoodfrank
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We understand your concern wherein you've encountered an issue with your Roku device not connecting to Hotel Wi-Fi as well as your mobile device, and we're to assist you in resolving the problem at hand.
For this moment, we'd recommend performing a system restart to your Roku device by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
Additionally, we suggest that you connect to a different Wi-Fi and not within a Hotel or connect to a mobile hotspot to see if you're able to successfully connect your Roku device.
We hope you find this information useful, and please let us know what you find out with our suggestion.
Best wishes,
Kash
