my roku device will not connect to my wifi I have followed all the steps to try to fix the problem and nothing is working. It has been a week now.
@Alyssap20 change it to b,g,n. Save the settings. Then reboot your modem and Roku

Which model Roku express? The model number is written right on the unit. It’s also found by going to settings/ system/ about. If you have the base model Roku Express it only connects to the 2.4GHz. You need to reconfigure your modem.

@Alyssap20 So your 3930X is a base model Roku Express. It only can run on the 2.4GHz WiFi network. How you reconfigure your modem depends upon who your ISP is? Who is your Internet service provider?
