A Roku is almost useless without a home network and Internet access. Without that, the only thing you can do with one is, if it's a model with a USB port, you can connect a hard drive with media and play it. There's nothing else you can do with a Roku without a network.

Roku will not work on  spectrum

@Fatback9 There are numerous threads about the issue with Spectrum. Please use the search tool to find additional information. In a nutshell, the contract between Roku and Spectrum expired last December, and the channel was removed from the channel store. Users with the channel prior to that date could keep and use the channel. New users cannot install the channel.

And you didn't really explain what the problem is. Exactly how is it not working? Or is it missing from your Roku completely? Again, the answers are already available.
