I purchased a Wi-Fi plan for my 2022 Toyota sienna but every time I try to connect my Roku stick to the network in my car it says it cannot establish a connection. I want to be able to use my Roku in my van because I have a built-in TV, but the Roku cannot connect to my in vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot. Why is that?

You might want to contact Toyota (or AT&T) about whether this kind of connection is supported.  Looking at the AT&T site about Toyota Wi-Fi Hotspot doesn't give many details.  The hotspot would have to support IPv4 and assign a local IPv4 address to the stick.
