I did update my post . The router specialist for my internet provider finally checked and 2.4 ghz was off and only streaming at 5 ghz . He updated my router and my service better than ever . Check my post again I did update it

Glad you got it fixed. It’s important to research things before purchasing them. Always try to buy a dual band device. Also most ISP’s such as Comcast or Cox give you full control over your model. I have Cox. I can do whatever I want with my modem. Love it

Since you provided no details, the only thing we know is that you are unable to connect to your wireless network. We need a lot more information than that.
What is your Roku model number? Settings > System > About
Assuming that answer points to a 2.4 GHz only device, is your 2.4 GHz network settings 802.11 b/g/n? Or simply g/n rather than b/g/n? If it's g/n and not b/g/n, can you change it back to b/g/n?
