Three days ago my Roku Express stopped connecting to channels. It had worked fine for about a year. I just get "cannot connect" type of messages when I try to connect to the Roku Channel and others. I have tried restarting, unplugging and reconnecting, checking internet connection and it says everything is fine and the wi-fi signal strength is excellent. Finally I tried the factory reset option and I am hung up on entering an e-mail address when I get the message "can't seem to reach your e-mail." There is otherwise nothing wrong with my e-mail address and connection through other devices. I have another Roku Express device attached to a different TV and I get the same connectivity issues with that. I have no problems with connecting to the internet with any other devices. Does anyone have any ideas?
Hi @aris1,
Thanks for making your first here in the Roku Community!
Let's try connecting your device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, and then try again to see if you're still seeing the same issue occur.
If the issue persists, could you please provide us with the device serial, which can usually be found at the back of the device?
We'll be looking forward to it. Thanks!
Regards,
Rey
