Let's try a test. You have a similar setup at another TV, from what I read. So, power the TVs down, then swap the sticks (remote follows the stick, of course). Just the sticks, leave all the cables and other connections in place as is. Only swap the sticks (well, and the remotes).

Does the issue follow the stick? Or does the issue remain with the TV?

That would help determine if the stick itself has a problem, or if the issue is not in the stick, but somewhere else.

@DBDukes  Well said. A check connection test is kind of a diagnostic tool to tell you the signal strength and speed of your Roku. If your signal strength is excellent and strong and the speed is above 25 Mbps then we know the Roku has plenty of bandwidth
