Hi i recently bought roku express 4k for when im working and want to connect it on my hotspot but it wont let me, anyone ever had this issue ?

Thanks for the tips, i tried restarting all devices to start fresh (iphone, samsung tablet) still gives me a error that it couldnt connect also i have good signal it just wont go on my hotspots
