I have looked through all of the advice here and tried every one of them. Still cannot find my wireless name listed…

Unplug router and roku box from the wall wait 20 minutes and make sure 2.4ghz is enabled in router.

restart router first before roku box is plugged in 

ive only ever had this sutuation happen on my laptop 2 times and once on roku but never had a mojor problem to get it back working

Thanks so much for your help. I tried your suggestion yet my network still does not show up. Interesting how Roku worked great for 6 years but is not working now. I’m wondering if I should take a chance and buy a new one…

Check the ip addresses in your router being used it may be trying to use one that is already being used possibly by another device. In my instance also i had a printer plugged into my laptop also caused it. Short of resetting the router. Its a big pain

if you have 5g enabled on router try turning it off temporarilly 

turn off all other wifi and restart router
