Hi @Dalash,

A warm welcome to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you letting us know about the connectivity issue with your Roku device and the troubleshooting steps you took to resolve it.

For us to help you better, we will ask a set of questions to isolate the issue:

  • Are you encountering any error codes or messages?
  • Who is your ISP (internet service provider)?
  • What wireless frequency is your router broadcasting?
  • Have you tried to connect your device to an alternative wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are still experiencing the same issue?

If you are getting an error code or message, visit this link for common Roku error codes and their recommended actions: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or the internet?

Please keep us posted on what you find out, and we'll continue assisting you from there.

All the best,
Chel
