I need to uninstall this new update 11.5.0 build 4216-29.

I was in the middle of watching HBO and as soon as the episode was completed the Roku once again went to flashing light on the Roku and black screen. This is the issue tracker. Now will you please just roll back my Roku 4620X please. I never had any problems until the day I installed this update.

I'm not sure what your asking but I'm currently using a TMobile WiFi internet modem.
LTE Wi-Fi Gateway.
I have 2 different Roku streaming sticks. Just recently can't get either one to connect to WIFI. Followed all the trouble shooting tips numerous times. All other devices in the house have no problems.
Thanks for the post.
Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are you seeing on screen? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What is the brand and model of the router you are connecting to? Who is your ISP (internet service provider)?
For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku device to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
Please keep us posted what you find out and we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
