I see many discussions on here as far back as 2023 on intermittent connectivity issues and promises from ROKU to fix them, but no solutions. I just spent 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone with 4 different people asking me to try the same things over and over again.
Finally, the so=called expert/supervisor said he would escalate my issue to the "concern team" dedicated to hardware issues. Has anyone ever heard of this team or had a good experience? What do you think my chances are of getting this fixed?
