Have to connect to wifi every time I turn the tv on.

Every time I turn on my tv I have to reconnect to wifi network. Also, when I push the on button tv starts but Roku dies not. I have to unplug rolu and plug in again and it comes on.

Do you have a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV?  What's the model number of the Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About?

Assuming you have a Roku device connected to a TV, after you turn on the TV try pressing Home on your Roku remote a few times.

Hi – we have this same issue. It started doing this a few months ago. Everytime we turn on the TV (we use the Roku remote for this) we have to reconnect with the internet. We have a Roku Express 4K+.

If you're using the TV's USB port to power the Express, try using a USB power adapter plugged into the wall.  If it's plugged into the TV's USB port, it's probably being powered down with the TV.  It should reconnect when it powers up, but it may take a minute.

@RonBurgundyIn addition to what others have said, I'd recommend you install WiFi Analyzer for Android, and if iPhone, something similar from the app store. Once installed on your phone, you'll be able to see how many others are using the same channel/bandwidth setting. Log into the router and change the channel and bandwidth to one less congested. I personally use the 5gHz band with bandwidth set at 40 rather than 80. Hope that helps
