Frozen "unable to connect" screen
This is pure chinese technology....I bought the deluxe unit today and its frozen...Roku offers no support phone...I am bringing it back.

(Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify) What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
