Frozen "unable to connect" screen

This is pure chinese technology....I bought the deluxe unit today and its frozen...Roku offers no support phone...I am bringing it back.

We'd love to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. Could you provide us with a photo of your running problem? What Roku device are you using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify) What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
