Dual band 3941X cannot find 5 Ghz network only 2.6

I purchased the Roku Express 4k+ because the description said it is dual bank.  The Roku 3941x cannot find my 5 Ghz wifi network only the 2.6 Ghz network.  The 5 Ghz network works fine with laptop and mobile phone.  Any Suggestions?

Channel 100 falls within the DFS range and isn't supported.  If that router has a setting to use DFS channels deselect it.  Otherwise, don't use "Auto" for your channel and choose one below 50 or above 150.

i needed to call Verizon Fios Tech support and they were able to turn off DFS.  I can now see the 5 Ghz band and login.   When I login into the FIOS router the customer interface has no place or way to disable DFS, so the need to call Verizon tech support.    The tech suggested that the FIOS app may work but I didn't test it.    Thanks for your help.

Note: The newest FIOS router is configured with the same SSID for both 2.6 and 5 Ghz.  I have different SSID for each band.  The Roku Express 4k+ was not able to see the 5 Ghz band until DFS was disable.

On your devices that connect to 5 GHz...  check what SSID (network name) and channel number they are connecting to and report back.

Laptop is connected to SSID Verizon_XXXXX_5G,  Band 5 GHz, Channel 100.  I have separate SSID for the 2.6 and 5 Ghz bands.  Protocol WIFI 6 (802,11ax).
