Connects to internet for short period of time then kicks me out

So I’m able to connect to the internet/Wi-Fi then I’ll be watching something and and it will start loading and end up kicking me off and saying I’m not connected any longer. Restart router and Roku-tv and then it will work again. Comcast’s said it’s not on them it has something to do with the Wi-Fi that’s built into tv, need help!

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

Since your internet service provider is Comcast, we would recommend changing your router settings for the 2.4 GHz band from g/n to b/g/n, as customers have stated that this helped resolve their issue.
