It seems this is an ongoing problem that they continually and PURPOSELY fail to acknowledge. There’s so many people on here that has paid good money for their tvs only to keep having it disconnect from our “excellent” WiFi signal(because that’s what your settings list shows after we enter the settings options 50 million times once it’s connected for the 2 minutes before it says no connection again!)We’ve complained and all I keep hearing/receiving is do a factory reset. Enough is enough. It’s time for them to start refunding people’s hard earned money back if they don’t want to fix this problem they created.
