Every single time my ROKU turns off and I turn it back on I cannot stream anything. Initially the WIFI connection says it is connected but it will not let me stream. I live in a college dorm and did not have this problem up until recently. I do not have access to a router to reset.

Hey @Bullethead

- What error message/code are you getting after trying to connect to your network? (after entering the network credentials)
- How far is your device from your network router?

Re: ROKU disconnects every time I turn it off (still says connected). I live in a dorm
There is no error code and I am not sure where the router is. It is a college dorm. The internet says it is connected with a good signal strength but does not let me access anything else.
