What is your Roku model number (Settings/System/About) and router model number.
Try changing your wifi password in the router settings (avoid special characters; just use numbers and letters) and then restart both touter and Roku device.
Just another Roku user... I am not a Roku employee.

Re: Error 014.30 connectivity problem
I had to reconfigure my wi fi security protocol to a less secure version in order to get my ROKU to connect. Thanks! Roku. For making my entire system less secure.

@Jose35 Try rebooting your router, modem and Roku by unplugging everything for 60 seconds, then plug in modem, wait, then router, wait, and then Roku.

Thanks for contacting us!
It looks like you’ve hit error code 014.30, which means your Roku is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. This usually happens because of a weak signal or router issues. Here are some steps you might try:
To restart your Roku device, press the Home button, then navigate to Settings > System > Power. If there is no Power submenu, select System restart. To restart your router, unplug it from the outlet for 10 seconds before plugging it back in. You may click here to learn a few steps to improve your Wi-Fi or wireless internet.

Re: Wifi will not connect anymore. Error code 014.30, 014.40, and 014.50
Hey @rockmenlen,
It seems that your device can't connect to WIFI. let's try these steps.
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- Go to Settings
- select Advanced System settings
- choose Network connection reset
- click Reset Connection
You can also try connecting to your Mobile hotspot.
Try this out and let us know how it goes!
Thanks,
