I’m currently having a similar issue how do I give you guys this information?

Please answer the following questions so we can get a better understanding of what you are seeing -
- Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to?
- The Roku Express is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum.
- Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect?
- Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected?
- How long have you been experiencing this problem? - Are you being prompted with an error message?

Hi! Yes I’ve tried everything I could think of even factory reseting the device multiple times and it still just won’t connect to wifi. It won’t even pick up any signals in my neighborhood
@Maddisonfarmer, does it display any Wi-Fi to connect to? If not, is the MAC address displayed under Settings->Network->About all zeros?

Yes! That’s exactly how it is I just didn’t know how to word it sorry
@Maddisonfarmer, if the MAC address that's displayed under Settings->Network->About is all zeros then it's a hardware failure. You can try a factory reset or if it's still under warranty try to get it replaced.

Unfortunately it wasn’t under warranty because it was bought from a pawn shop, I have reset it multiple times as well and the mac is the same with all 0’s. Do I just get a new one at this point?
