Can a patch be created to require a password to access the wifi passwords?

Jump to solution

Hey community, just wondering if a patch can be created that requires a password or at least a pin to access the wifi password in the roku systems after installation?

Im actually afraid to connet my new 50" roku tv because I cannot disconnect my power cord when I leave my home; which is being vandalized everytime I leave. They no longer have access to my network, only because I am not using them until this is fixed. I have 3 Roku systems and an unused Roku tv. Help folks!

@Lovely1

Thanks for the inquiry.

Once a Roku device is connected to a wireless network, there will not be an option to password protect access to the internet.

Thanks,
Danny
