Thank you for the photo. Please be advised that we no longer sell or plan to restock the WR001, which WR002 is incompatible with the 3810/3811.

I guess it's time to switch to firesticks across the board.

We apologize for the delay in responding. The Advanced Wireless Receiver is no longer available for Streaming Stick+ model 3810. However, we still provide one for models 3820/3821 here.

anyone else had success with other set top boxes or sticks?

I have roku stick plus 4k and the long range receiver broke as well.  Serial number X01700CYL5PE.  Is there a replacement for this part?
