I was out of town for 24 hours. When I got home and tried to watch my streaming channels I get the error code ui-801-p1. I've reset my internet (its connected) turner off TV, Roku, etc, and still cannot connect.

- Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
- Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
- Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

Additionally, you can perform the steps below as an add-on troubleshooting to ensure an effective resolution.
- Unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds
- Plug your modem and router back in

I tried what you suggested. It didn't work. I ended up going to Spectrum. The result that worked was to reload the ROKU program which required a reconnect to my wireless streaming.

@arjaymg Ray, I have same error code and ROKU suggestion didn’t work for me either. How did you reload ROKU to resolve the issue?
