System worked fine two weeks ago, now this pop up anytime a channel is chosen. I've deleted, and reinstalled but error continues pn app for fire tv

Just wanted to confirm, are you using a Roku device or a Fire TV? Also, does the error occur on all apps?

Please try the following:

1. Check your Wi-Fi connection
2. Restart your modem or router
3. System restart the Roku device
