We want to further investigate this issue that you had with the YouTube TV channel since it was not working on your Roku devices. Can you please provide the following information below?

  • Are you getting any error messages or codes when launching the channel?
  • Is this happening on all contents and channels, or is it isolated? (Specify)
  • When did you first notice the issue?

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps below and see if that will fix the problem on the YouTube TV channel.

  • Updating the channel: By highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.
  • Remove channel: By highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting remove channel.
  • Restart your Roku device: By pressing the home button on your Roku remote, select settings, system, power, and system restart. If there is no power option, proceed to the next step.
  • Adding the channel back again: Select search, enter the name of the channel, highlight the channel, and select add channel.
