Having the same issue on all my Roku devices in NJ. Works fine on iphone and ipad
There no way to access the Tracker ID per the instructions
4 different Roku devices in house and all with same issue, with Xfinity app.

I don't know what to tell you and I feel your frustration. The xfinity tech when he came to my house mentioned he had a Friend with a relatively new Roku TV and it just 'stopped' working. And, since i dumped my Roku device and got a Fire stick, it's been working just fine. Just like my Flex device has continued to always work, and streaming live TV on my laptop has always worked.
I know Roku blames that Xfinity has a buggy app, and Xfinity blames Roku. All I know is they can keep pointing fingers at each other and drag hours of your valuable time 'troubleshooting', or they could fix the issue. In my opinon, it's Roku that will lose out, especially if it appears to be the problem child. And I mean it used to always work, and then stopped. And all my other devices are working fine.
Good luck, but the $27 for the fire stick was well worth the investment, compared to hours on the phone and chats with the two vendors.
Same issue: loads for 1 second then back to main screen, all other apps work

This is an xfinity app issue - it is crashing and it is the latest version of the update. Also, why did you remove the option to restart an app. That has always helped when xfinity crashed or got stuck.
Come on Roku, this has been happening for about 12+ hours, do you have a fix for it yet????????????
