Solving playback issues

I can into the app choose a show and start watching. After a few minutes , I’m kicked off to the Home Screen. I have three Roku devices and it does this on all of the . This isn’t the first, it’s been alot recently. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled it and still did not fix the problem. I’ve contacted viki support each time. The last time it did this for 5 days, I’m currently on day three of it doing this.
