Today my tv randomly started rewinding everything i try to watch on its own. I thought it was the remote so i took the batteries out and the tv was still doing it on its own. Its super frustrating as i have factory reset, went into recovery mode , changed outlets, and reset the tv many times. Yet it continues to rewind on its own. I can’t even type in usernames to login to stuff because it deletes something as soon as i type it!!! Has anyone else experienced this or can help

These things are just special purpose computers. Like their big brothers sometimes clearing things out by restarting them can correct problems.
Depending on your Roku model you'll find the "System restart" under "Settings > System > Power", or if you have no Power option, under "Settings > System".
If a restart doesn't do it, or if you don't have sufficient control with the remote to navigate the Roku menus, you can also restart by pulling the power plug to the Roku for a minute or so then plugging it back in.
I've rebooted, restarted My tv 4 times and keeps rewinding regardless
