Turn off at random, or loud beep

My Roku is paired with and Olevia tv, and will work for about 10 minutes and then it either shuts off completely, the vertical hold gets messed up or a pound beeping happens.  I tried a different Roku, the Rokus on my other tvs work fine.  Please help.

Re: Turn off at random, or loud beep

HI @Rowkuckoo,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We understand the issue you're having with your device. Allow us to help.

Since you have a variety of Roku devices, may we know what specific device this is and how you are powering it? Also, kindly try to plug this device into a different HDMI port and see if there will be a difference. Ultimately, try using this specific Roku device with issues on a different TV and see if it works.

Let us know what you find out.

SIncerely,
Janadee
