I have searched all over for a reason why my tv stops responding to my remote buttons except the home, power, and settings buttons. Only happens while watching some (NFL especially) antenna broadcasts of CBS, NBC, and sometimes ABC. Happened the other night watching the VP debate on CBS (local channel 10.1 Altoona Pa). Does not do it all the time. Seems to be mostly during NFL football games.
Easy to temporarily restore all functions by going to the home page and restarting over the air antenna.
It happens on two different remotes. The light on the tv still blinks so the remotes are sending a signal. The tv just doesn't seem to recognize it. I think it may be a broadcast station issue. I have tried TCL support, and they sent me here.
TCL Roku TV 3 Series 32S327
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.
