We understand the issue you have encountered while streaming broadcast content, specifically with the volume adjustment of your Roku remote, and we're here to assist. We would recommend performing a troubleshooting step to resolve the issue. Kindly follow the steps below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Once this step has been performed, your Roku device will reboot. After this, you can access the broadcast content and see if you notice any improvements.
