I have tried the solutions above and I can’t find the auto adjust, my Phillips Roku TV doesn’t have it anywhere under any settings. I’ve done a soft and hard reset several times, checked my internet connection and this is occurring on all my streaming channels, not using an HDMI. The picture freezes for a few seconds but the sound continues. Help please.

We apologize to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your Roku TV. We can see that the issue occurs on all channels, have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
