Solving playback issues

My Roku streambar is buzzing really bad.. Usually if there's music playing in the show I'm watching. Tried different settings and no luck. Shows up to date on updates.

our streambar speaker is super scratchy and buzzy any time there is music or loud sound effects.  when someone is talking it's fine, but any other audio it's bad.  we can hardly stand it.  IS there a fix for this???
