I have an Onn Roku TV connected to my PC as a monitor and I experience multi-colored static which occurs when I open the Amazon Prime Video app or when playing a video game, or occasionally other times. This forces me to cold-boot the computer using the power button (which obviously isn't healthy for my computer). I also experience the screen going black briefly and randomly. This sometimes happens when browsing the internet or playing a video game like Hitman 2 and when the screen comes back on I find that the game has been minimized and taken to the pause/escape menu. I've made sure to uninstall and fresh install the latest GPU driver. I've tried new HDMI cables and different HDMI port. I have my screen refresh at 30Hz. So I need help.
