Spinning wheels and blank screens

On all 3 Roku tvs in the condo, I am unable to get any reception on LiveTV.  Just spinning wheels, blank screens and occasionally a picture of the topic in the top right corner.

I can connect to Youtube and also to Daily Trivia but nothing on LiveTV. 

 

Wifi connection is excellent.  I have re-booted without success. 

I have tried the Power Restart and Software Update

Any suggestions please.

We understand the issue you have encountered with your Roku TVs that are unable to scan for LiveTV, and we're here to help. 

Live TV reception varies on where you're located and how your account was set up. If your Roku TV was not set up correctly, the Live TV may show as blank. For this matter, we suggest ensuring that your Roku TV was set up with a Roku account that was established in the same location you're currently in. Location is important for Live TV since it will also be the basis of what the content of the LiveTV will show.

I was sent a private message about this continuing problem from Roku Takashi and I replied but I have heard nothing since that time.  

Can I get some assistance please.

Four days now and still no resolution of the spinning wheels and blank screens on LiveTV.

 

Also, no follow up from RokuTakashi who initially answered my query.

 

Where are you guys?

 

How do I get assistance.

Ten days now and still no resolution.  Only spinning wheels and blank screens.

 

Kash and Emman have replied in the community pages but that still has not fixed the problem.

 

I'll just keep posting until there is a resolution.
