I’m having the same issue now for two weeks! Anyone know what to do? Restarting and deleting was no help

Have paid for NFL+ for three months now and in the middle of Redzone on my Roku TV got an error message and now it wants me to subscribe again. Already paid up thru Dec 17. No way to actually talk to a human being at NFL about this. I hit restore purchase to see what would happen and it said I was already paid up.
i’ve tried everything and tempted to just cancel it.

May we know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far? Have you tried rebooting this app by removing and restarting the device and adding the NFL app once again? Would rebooting the network as a workaround fix the issue?

I have an nfl network subscription with my dish package. When I go to my nfl+ app on my roku I am signed in through my dish tv provider. I don’t have an nfl+ subscription. I continually try to watch games through nfl network (through dish) on the nfl app, but it REFUSES to let me watch without an nfl+ subscription. This is making me LIVID! It works just fine on my nfl app on my phone, but for some reason the Roku app can’t get right. Fix this asap please!!!!

I have it through my Fios premium plan, and until two weeks ago NGL redbone played just fine.

Is this the only app experiencing an issue? Have you tried connecting to a different internet connection, such as a Mobile Hotspot?
