I have the same issue with Roku. Went to Peacock on Smart TV menu and it works fine. It's a Roku issue.

yes I have a Sonos sound bar but have tried it without sound bar and the sound lags with internal tv speakers too. I do not have this issue when I watch on smart tv, only have the issue with Roku and only have it with peacock app.
