I will start off with home page. When I'm on home page the TV makes noise as if I'm pressing buttons on the remote even with batteries taken out of said remote. Then i get to apps. YouTube will play roughly for 30 seconds ish & then it "pauses" & amazon prime will only play the intro part to videos on a loop. Can anyone help me?

First thing I would try is to restart the Roku by pulling the power plug for a minute or two then plugging it back in.
