Solving playback issues

This channel freezes and displays one moment  please. My only solution has been to go to main menu and reload app. I just installed a new  ultra Roku player but it was occurring  on my other Roku device. Is this a problem with the app?

Here's a quick fix you can try:

1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

This solution worked for a day or two but the same problem has arisen  a couple more times since unloading and loading the app. Is there another solution to my problem?

Is this the only app on your Roku that's been doing this behavior? Also, did this happen after an update?

This is not a new occurrence. I have had three different Roku devices [ stick,  streaming and ultra] and it has happened on the last two that I remember. This app will also freeze up  when it ends a game and  two aces of the same suit pop up at the top. This not a major issue, just an annoyance.
